I first contacted Pain Free Pros in 2007 because I was suffering from severe, debilitating back and hip pain and had tried everything from chiropractic to massage and etc. to find a "cure". It has saved me. I could not work or do any physical activity, and the pain was getting worse. It was a miracle how effective the simple exercises were. I think everyone would greatly benefit from doing this program.
